My goal is too enrich people’s inner and outer beauty.  I do this through the knowledge and teachings I have learned from my involvement in Mary Kay.  By way of background, after spending 20 years in advertising sales; I became an independent consultant with Mary Kay.  Through the training at MK, all of my past motivational training, personal self awareness, sales training and personal self development improved tremendously.  I hope that through my blog, I may touch someone’s life in a way that can provide them with gains, both big and small.

We all know that a small pebble thrown into a body of still water, will create a ripple effect that extends far beyond the size of that small pebble.  So is it with changes in how we look at our outward self and our inward self.  We make small changes that can carry over into the way we see things both positively and negatively.  I choose to focus on the positive and hope to share that with others.
